Hankerin' for House

To go along with my new obsession....The TV Guide for next week features the House characters. I really love this show. Haven't watched it at it's regular time, but LOVE the reruns!!

Sleep, Yum Part II

Okay................it wasn't my intention.............................BUT............................after I got home from a staff meeting at the clinic this a.m........................I decided to read (I'm way way behind--Can you say House reruns), anyway, I went to lay in the new bed and read...............AND.............I fell asleep for 3 hours....................Was I surprised!! Definitely comfortable, for me anyway..........We will worry about the hubby some other day...

Sleep, Yum!!

Well, I got to sleep in my new bed until about 10, when the kids decided they wanted to hang out with us. They got booted and so did I. I slept on the couch and then snuck back into the bed for about 1.5 hours this a.m. Jeff says he will have to get used to it....It is more firm than what we had, but I love it.................

The Bed is Here-----

Yeah, they delivered the bed this morning and we are looking forward to making use of it....Jeff has decided that he will sleep in the bed with Quincy and I can sleep on the couch with Wendell....because Wendell will stay with me, thus not getting into a ruckus with Quincy AND not pee on the bed..... Jeff can sleep with Quincy, because he misses having kittens in bed...Hmmmm, something is just not quite right with that, but maybe I can catch a nap on it tomorrow?? We shall see....

I'm Thinking Pillowtop...

17 hours and the pillowtop arrives...........Have to work so I guess no naps, but sleeping should be oh so nice....

OOPS! He Did It Again....

Wennie, my poor baby, is a wreck of nerves from the youngest of the bunch and had another accident on our bed! Yikes! Yuck! 3:30 a.m. and I'm stripping the bed.........A visit to the laundromat, to the vet, and to the mattress store.... We have a new bed coming Monday.........with a pillowtop!!:) We are going to adjust life a bit and lock the kids out of the bedroom at nite, which will kill us both, but a lot cheaper than another new mattress!! We are pretending Wendell is a kitten and taking him to his box every 2 hours and hoping for the best. The vet wants us to lock him up in a room by himself for 6 weeks and only let him out periodically.................at this point.............NOT GONNA HAPPEN.................
