I Saw and I Wanted to Believe

Ok, I went to see the X-Files II "I Want to Believe". It was an ok movie. Definitely glad I went to the "cheaper"($5.50) matinee movie. I was glad to see the characters and how they were still together, the chemistry was still there, the story was ok. My problem was the bad guy was from the most recent Battlestar Galactica tv show and that was all I could think of.........He's from Battlestar Galactica, he's from Battlestar Galactica, over and over again. It took away from the story, which was kind of lame toward the end. I had to keep trying to refocus, and it was tough people- I'm glad Scully and Mulder are together and I still want to believe............... (that there will be a better movie).

It's Not My Addiction

Alright, the truth is out, even though Burger King keeps raising the prices of their Icee/frozen cokes, it is not me that needs a daily fix................. It is Wendell!!!!

Just One of Those Moments

I was doing my IPod thing around our nearby pond when I just had to stop for a moment and watch the flock of geese take off from the water...It was just one of moments where everything was right with the world.............I watched them take off, I wasn't that far away from them, and they disappeared into the sun. I took a breath and went on my way....It was just one of those moments and I had to share..........

Technology is Amazing

Taking a cue from my god daughter, I bought an IPod Shuffle in hopes that it will motivate me to walk more. Walked a half mile last nite and 1.2 miles today, so hopefully it's working. It's amazing that this little piece of equipment, approximately the size of a quarter, can hold 5 hours of music.

Quincy Doesn't Fit

Well, the baby boy has gotten so big, when he tries to sleep on the pillow, he doesn't fit and ends up sliding off and to the edge. He is adorable, though, isn't he??

Say It's So!

Harry Potter in 124 days!!! Hard to believe!!!!
I am absolutely in love with the Dumbledore and Harry poster showing them walking away together. Absolutely love it......................Somehow I don't think my hubby would like it hanging in our house, but a (dorky)girl can dream.

WOW

Sunny and 90 degrees +, then WHAM, things went wild and the storm came in with thunder lightening, etc. Maybe it will cool down. One can only hope.
